Los Artistas del Barrio Buffalo Los Artistas Del Barrio is proud to be partnering with El Museo El Museo – Buffalo, NY on their 2026 Speaker Series- a FREE event.
As we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, we will be bringing into town Atlanta, Javier Vazquez Jr. as our special guest! Javier was born in Buffalo and went to Buffalo Public Schools before heading out to explore the world of entertainment.
The El Museo Speaker Series with Javier Vazquez, Jr. will take place on Wednesday, September 23, and starts at 5:30 pm. We will have light refreshments.
Want to know more about Javier Vazquez Jr.? He is a proud Latino educator, actor, author, and community leader proudly rooted in Buffalo. Shaped by a tight-knit Puerto Rican upbringing, he carries a deep commitment to culture, youth, and community service.
Javier has built an acting career across major streaming platforms with nearly three dozen speaking roles. His work has included projects alongside well-known figures in television and film, allowing him to bring authentic representation to mainstream audiences. He has also expanded into executive producing, championing culturally driven projects centered on authentic voices.
Married to his high school sweetheart, Karla, for nearly three decades and a proud father of three, Javier leads with family, faith, and service at the center of his life. He remains closely connected to Buffalo and looks forward to sharing with Los Artistas Del Barrio and the Buffalo Public Schools on September 23rd.
